
Participants are guided through group exercises that involve using their voice and body movements, followed by a “sound journey” using musical instruments such as Tibetan bells, shamanic drums, gongs, koshi, rattles, voice, and others, where people lie down and receive the sounds.
The sound waves produced spread throughout the environment, enveloping each person in a harmonic field that facilitates the release of tension and energy rebalancing.
